One Day Workshop
A happy healthy child is supported by a happy, fun and healthy diet!
Certain foods can have a positive or negative effect on a child’s behaviour, intelligence, happiness and health.
This one-day interactive workshop aims to introduce the concepts of healthy eating for young children and to demonstrate easy and fun ways of cooking and planning healthy meals.
Happy and healthy eating applies not only for your children – it is also recommended for the whole family. So why not transform the way your child and your family eats and experience the benefits of healthy eating.

Tutors
Maggie Thorpe is a registered Nutritional Therapist and has been in clinical practice for over 5 years. Alongside clinic work she is also a tutor at the Raworth College and provides nutrition consultancy to local and national organisations.
Rossana Schaffa has a Diploma in Dietary Therapy from the Raworth College and currently works as a Weight Management Consultant. As a mother of 6 year old twins Rossana is passionate about healthy eating for children and how to put this into practise.
