Mood and Food
One Day Workshop
Taking responsibility for your health can improve the way you feel. So why not start with considering what you are eating!
This workshop explores the relationship between what we eat and how we feel, emotionally and mentally as well as physically. It provides an opportunity to boost your knowledge and share experiences. There is no need to have any nutritional background to take part – the only thing required is a willingness to explore the idea that food can affect our mood!
If you are just starting out, this workshop can be taken as a step-by-step guide. If you are already benefiting from a better way of eating, then this workshop can serve as a useful reminder and motivator to keep you on track.
Based on the research undertaken by the Food and Mood Community Interest Company sponsored by MIND, the UK’s leading mental health charity.
Workshop overview:
- Introduction to healthy eating food groups
- Blocks to healthy eating
