| Biochemical | Food testing for intolerances, sensitivities – how what you eat and drink affects how you function and your ability to concentrate.Nutritional balancing. |
| Emotional | Emotional stress, fears, phobias and anxiety, goal balancing, increase self-esteem, left right coordination, help dyslexia and other learning difficulties. |
| Energetic | Balancing of the body’s network of subtle energies. Using meridians and acupressure to restore balance. |
| Structural | Treatment of sore, tired, weak painful muscles and joints, cramp, improved breathing patterns, neck and back pain. |
The course involves muscle testing of 42 muscles and includes aspects of nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine (no background knowledge is assumed).
This course is fully accredited by the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) and is suitable for therapists who wish to incorporate muscle-testing techniques into an Holistic practise. Anyone undertaking this course who does not already have an Anatomy and Physiology certificate (at least equivalent to ITEC level 3) is strongly recommended to undertake such a course although it is not a requirement for enrolment onto the Foundation Course.
Study Days
A total of 12 studied over six weekends at approximately monthly intervals. Assessment is by continuous assessment and case studies.
